Serve Opportunity at City of Refuge
Join us as we partner with City of Refuge in Oak Park for a special serve opportunity open to all ages! We'll be helping with planting and beautifying their campus grounds, creating a more welcoming space for those they serve each week.
We believe that the church exists not just for itself, but for the betterment of its community. This is a chance to roll up your sleeves, work side by side, and be a tangible blessing to our city.
Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just willing to lend a hand, there’s a role for everyone. Bring your gloves, your heart for service, and maybe even a few friends.

Kids Pool Party
Celebrate the end of summer with a splash! Bring your kids and join our other Friends Church Families for our Kids End of Summer Pool Party, which will be a fun-filled evening of swimming, pizza, and connection. This is a great event for the whole family to cool off, hang out, and make some memories as we close out summer right before the school year begins.
We’ve reserved the pool just for our group, and will provide the dinner, just be sure to bring your swimsuit, towel and a friend!
When: Friday, August 15th | 4:30 PM
Cost: $10 per Family (includes pool use + pizza dinner)
