Choosing Life Together in a Christ-Centered Community

Partnering with Friends is a gathering for those who have been around Friends Church long enough to ask, “Is this my church?” It’s an opportunity to explore what it means to belong deeply, contribute meaningfully, and share responsibility for the life and mission of this community.

In Scripture, Paul reminds us that the church is one body made up of many parts, and every part matters. Each person has a role, a function, and a responsibility for the health of the whole. To belong to the body is to participate in its life.

At Friends Church, committed partnership is not something we take for granted, it's about belonging and contributing. It means choosing to invest your time, gifts, and presence for the good of others. It involves sacrifice, commitment, and shared ownership, because that’s how a healthy body grows.

This partnership class will walk through who we are, why we exist, and name what partnership actually looks like in everyday life.
