This past Sunday, we marked a powerful moment in the life of Friends Church: Vision Sunday.

We looked back with gratitude on a year where God’s hand has been undeniably at work:

  • 14 kids ministry volunteers were trained

  • 43 total volunteer positions are filled across our 6 teams

  • Over 40 people connected to small groups

  • 50+ neighborhood moms and kids on campus through Tuesday playgroups

  • 100+ families reached through community events

  • 2 new small groups launched

  • A revitalization of our physical and digital presence

But these numbers only tell part of the story. What we’re really celebrating is a shift beneath the surface—lives being changed, people finding spiritual family, and a deepening hunger to see God’s kingdom come.

Jesus said the Kingdom is like yeast—small, invisible, and slow-moving, but powerful enough to transform everything it touches. That’s the season we’re stepping into: not flashy growth, but deep formation.

This summer and fall, we’ll be focusing on:

  • Discipleship, not just attendance

  • Relationships, not just programs

  • Obedience in small things, trusting God with the outcomes

We believe the best is yet to come—and it’s going to rise one step of faith, one act of love, one surrendered heart at a time.

Want to be part of it?

Join us this Sunday at 10:30am!
