Sharing Your Faith Without Fear | It’s Good to Share

Many Christians spend years learning about the gospel yet struggle to actually share it. In Romans 10, Paul reminds us that the good news of Jesus isn’t reserved for pastors or missionaries—it’s the calling of every believer.

This past Sunday at Friends Church Sacramento, we explored three powerful truths about evangelism:

  • God’s welcome is wider than our categories. No one is beyond the reach of His grace.

  • The gospel must be spoken to be heard. Our silence may prevent others from experiencing hope in Christ.

  • Faithfulness matters more than immediate results. Every seed planted counts, even if we don’t see the harvest right away.

Sharing your faith doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means being faithful to open your mouth so others can open their hearts. Like Jesus, who showed love and compassion to the outcasts and the overlooked, we are called to see everyone as worthy of the gospel.

At Friends Church Sacramento, we believe the church regains its influence not through louder programs but through prayer, presence, and personal invitation. Together, we are rediscovering what it means to live sent—sharing Jesus with our neighbors, coworkers, and community.

Looking for a Christian church near you in Sacramento? We’d love for you to join us on Sundays at 10:30 AM on the corner of 40th and Est.
